The above motorcycle products carry an original owner 180-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Should any product fail due to
either of these reasons, all the original owner has to do is return the defective product, postage-paid and insured, to the below address and a replacement part will be sent out at no cost (except for a nominal $5.00 return shipping charge). Include with the returned item a copy of your original invoice/packing slip, the reason for return and payment for the return shipping.
If the original purchaser is dissatisfied with any BMW product, the product can be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund, minus a 10% re-stocking charge. The product must not have been used, must be in 'new condition', undamaged and unsoiled and must be returned postage-paid and insured to the below address. Include with the returned item a copy of your original invoice/packing slip and reason for return. NOTE: This return policy applies only to items purchased directly from RMH Enterprises, Inc., or through our web site at www.RMH-Tech.com. For any items purchased elsewhere, please contact the place where you purchased the product(s) for their return policy.
If an item is not available when your order is received, we will ship it in a reasonable amount of time (which can vary from a few days to a couple of weeks), or we will notify you. Please be sure to include your phone number or e-mail address with your order.
